We dig and set the posts in concrete. Then allow 7-10 days for the concrete to cure. Finish building the remainder of the fence. There is also a no dig method as well. We pound the post in the ground and then finish building the fence.

An average fence takes 2 days on-site. But, in between setting posts and building, there is 7-10 days for the concrete to cure. So, for over total time, it is roughly 7-10 days.

We would recommend for the wood to fully dry 1st. Approximately 30 days.

We like to do onsite estimates as much as possible to provide the most accurate estimate upfront. But when estimates are done initially, we do not always have the boundary survey to verify exact property lines. So, after those are verified at installation time, we do a final measurement to determine the ending footage. We charge by sections/footage installed. So, on occasion, there are some variances.

Yes, We would need a copy of a boundary survey prior to setting posts. But, most individuals should have had one done when they purchased their home and it would be with all your mortgage paperwork. If one was not done when the house was purchased or one can not be located, then a survey would need to be done to verify property pins prior to the installation. If the property is new construction and the property lines are staked, that would be sufficient.
